You will also work hands-on with new business applications and renewals using a cutting-edge policy system to ensure risk eligibility and support underwriting activities, gaining real experience that matters in the workplace. **Your Responsibilities as a Customer Service Specailist**
+ Provide customer service to business partners and policy holders
+ Impact all clients by ensuring a top-notch customer experience
+ Navigate new business applications and renewals on policy system
+ Collaborate with team members to assist in complex customer requests, as needed.
+ Perform other related duties as assigned
**Customer Service Specialist Requirements**
+ Minimum of 1 year of Customer Service/Call Center Experience
+ Professional and friendly attitude
+ Ability to apply business rules to make sound decisions on potential property risks
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
+ Proven success in a fast-paced / multi-task work environment
+ Excellent time management skills
+ Proactive problem-solving skills
+ Proven ability to work in a team environment
