You'll represent our brand with professionalism, empathy, and genuine care in every engagementwhether in person, at events, or in retail environments. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers and guests warmly, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment. Provide clear, accurate information about our services, programs, or products. Assist with general inquiries, problem-solving, and basic support needs. Set up and manage event or outreach tables to interact with the community in a professional manner. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting space for customers and guests. Record feedback or concerns from customers and relay them to the appropriate teams. Support internal team members in delivering a smooth, consistent customer experience. Follow all company procedures for professionalism, safety, and integrity in service. Preferred Experience & Skills: Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or public-facing roles. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to stay calm and attentive in busy or high-traffic environments. A friendly, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of empathy.
