InGenesis is currently seeking a Customer Service Assistant 2 to work with our client. In this role, you will support public services by processing transactions, responding to inquiries, and performing a variety of administrative and clerical duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a deputy registrar for issuing, transferring, and renewing vehicle registrations, license plates, placards, and related items.

Process complex transactions involving billing, collection, or release of funds in accordance with applicable laws and policies.

Respond to customer inquiries and complaints requiring in-depth knowledge of procedures and independently determine appropriate resolutions.

Operate computer systems to manage data, schedule appointments, and generate reports and correspondence.

Provide support during peak periods or staff absences by performing duties of lower-level customer service assistants.

Perform clerical tasks such as mail handling, document filing, photocopying, and operating office equipment.

Assist in training new or cross-functional customer service staff.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to interpret and apply laws, rules, and procedures.

Proficiency with computers and office software.

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Experience in a similar administrative or customer service role is preferred.
