We are hiring Banking Customer Support to handle inbound calls related to brokerage account services. You'll assist clients with inquiries involving cash management, online/mobile access, and general account questions—delivering service with accuracy, professionalism, and speed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide responsive and accurate support to brokerage clients

  • Assist with website and mobile app navigation
