- Position Summary:
This is a full-time, on-site position with full benefits. As a Customer Service Representative you will play a critical role in the success of our sales department and customers. In this position you will: - Become knowledgeable of the company products.
- Demonstrate the ability to understand and meet the needs of customers; both internal and external, and be patient, polite and helpful when trying to obtain information from customers.
- Operate our computer-based systems to complete order entries quickly and accurately.
- Assist customers with order entry, pickups, credits, and invoicing.
- Resolve customer issues.
- Communicate and interact closely with customers, vendors and co-workers professionally, ensuring questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner.
- Serves as a back up to the receptionist and Will Call department, covering for breaks, lunches and vacations as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Compensation
$20.00 - $26.10 per hour
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
6+ months customer service or call center experience.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Excellent computer skills including fast and accurate data entry and familiarity with MS Office products.
The ability to work Monday through Friday and occasional Sundays.
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years customer service or call center experience.
Experience working within the foodservice industry.
English/Spanish bi-lingual.
