LeeTran is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our LeeTran team. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for ensuring all riders have a first-class passenger experience while providing a high level of assistance to exceed our customers expectations continuously. This is a year-round temporary position with opportunities for full-time and future advancement.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for providing legendary customer service to passengers or potential passengers
  • Professionally answer incoming calls and assist passengers with the scheduling of trip requests
  • Provide friendly service and maintain positive relationships with all internal and external customers
  • Responsible for greeting and handling customers in a polite and friendly manner.
  • Resolve passenger issues
  • May be required to deliver route schedules to organizations as requested
  • Creative thinker who enjoys a team-based atmosphere
  • Assist passengers with fare-related inquiries
  • Handle cash, checks, and credit cards as forms of payment during the bus fare purchasing process; balance a drawer at the end of the shift
  • Complete required forms and reports
  • May perform other job duties as assigned
Education, Experience, Licensing
  • Education: High School graduation or GED
  • Experience: One (1) year of fast-paced, professional customer service or closely related experience
  • Driver's License: Possession of a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record is required

The position's work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with rotating weekends and some holidays.
