Are you ready to be in charge of first impressions? Full-time or part-time Customer Care Specialists needed to be part of our team at Central Animal Hospital. Candidates should be friendly and outgoing. Reliability is a must. They should possess good judgment skills and cash-handling abilities. Exceptional phone etiquette and skills using a multi-line phone system skills are needed. Candidates should be able to be independent and have experience with computers, Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience in a similar setting is a plus. Duties include but are not limited to; Greeting and checking in patients, reviewing invoices and taking payments, answering a multi-line phone, setting up appointments, taking medication refill requests, making follow-up and reminder calls, clerical work, calling for medical histories, maintaining the cleanliness of the lobby and exam rooms.
