Job Description


We are an established local glass shop currently looking for an organized, practical, and action-oriented Route Scheduler / Customer Coordinator. This role plays a critical role between our customers and technicians and operations. Must be accurate with notes and details while communicating information in a time sensitive manner. Must be able to handle two or three things at once with a sense of follow through. Previous experience with a service company is a huge plus and could start you out making more money!

Responsibilities:

-Schedule and optimize routes for 8 service trucks
-Set appointments with customers
-Project manage service appointments
-Return incoming phone calls and emails, (average of 20 - 30 call/emails daily)
-Ask the right questions with problem solving to find out what the customer needs
-Take thorough notes, document conversations, and use CRM and other platforms to record info.
-Know the tri-county metro area to manage and set service appointments.
-Gather and document and organize all pertinent information related to incoming calls
-Return all phone calls and emails with a positive attitude, good etiquette and penmanship
-Assist walk-in customers with questions and sales

Skills and Experience:
-Scheduling
-Ability to handle stress
-Ability to follow directions
-Project management skills
-Must work quickly, but with an attention to detail
-Accurate time management and organization
-Ability to multi-task and complete assignments
-Glass, Glazing or construction experience would be preferred
