This is a ground-floor opportunity to help launch and define the client service culture at a fast-growing, nationally ranked insurance brokerage. As a Customer Service Agent at a brand-new Farmington call center operated by our client, you’ll do more than process policies—you’ll build relationships, solve problems, and retain loyal customers across 100+ carrier partners. What You’ll Do: 

Manage and grow an existing book of business through white-glove service 
Conduct consultative conversations with clients to match their evolving needs 
Generate cross-sell, up-sell, and referral opportunities 
Resolve service requests, including billing, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations 
Ensure compliance with carrier guidelines and regulatory requirements 
Ensure policy accuracy, carrier compliance, and customer satisfaction at every step 
Meet performance metrics for retention, compliance, and service quality 
Engage with a hands-on leadership team building a collaborative, high-accountability culture 

What We’re Looking For: 

Active Property & Casualty insurance license, valid in Connecticut or transferable from another state (required) 
2+ years of experience in insurance customer service or sales 
Proven success working with multiple insurance carriers across multiple states (top markets include NY, FL, TX, CA, and the Pacific Northwest) 
Strong attention to detail, excellent organization, and polished communication skills 
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume environment 
Bilingual English–Spanish skills are preferred 
Experience with CRM or policy servicing platforms (e.g., EZLynx, Applied, Salesforce) is a plus
