Salary: $50,000 annually + quarterly merit bonus opportunity

Overview:

Avenica is currently evaluating talent for a Client Service Representative in the insurance industry. This person will be responsible for providing service to clients through effective communication as well as collaboration with internal teams. G reat opportunities for long-term growth in the company!

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain timely communication and relationships with insurance agents and carriers on policy inquiries or service requests
  • Assist with the preparation and submission of tax filings
  • Handle processing of policy updates, including endorsements and cancellations
  • Review and verify accuracy of policies to maintain compliance and quality standards
  • Support the sales team by logging and organizing new business. This position is not a sales position, but supports the sales team by helping to set up new clients for success!

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of client-facing experience in a fast-paced office environment
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Interest in and comfortability building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US, Avenica is not able to provide sponsorship at this time
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Strong technical skills
  • Will be required to obtain insurance license within 6 months of hire, cost and training supported by the company upon starting the role! No sales required in this position--this role supports the sales team with account related tasks with new and existing clients.
