Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
Pay: $18-22/hr Based on Experience in the Financial Industry and/or Call Center
This position is ONSITE in Marysville, OH- must be able to commute to Marysville, OH

What skills are we looking for in a Customer Service Representative
- Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment taking inbound calls from members
- Ability to efficiently navigate multiple systems while adhering to policies, procedures and regulations
- Be knowledgeable in understanding/performing/troubleshooting a broad variety of member service requests such as transactions, basic account maintenance and card related activities
- Process loan applications
- Assist members with Digital Banking Services
- Have full knowledge of HFCUs products and services and the ability to offer products/services to members appropriately which contributes to the retention and building of financial relationships with our members
- Utilizing strong customer service skills through both verbal and written communication
