Customer Service Associate - $18/hr +

A PART-TIME position is available at a great shipping and packaging retail operation in Carmel Valley!
A well established retail operation with excellent customer service reputation!

QUALIFICATIONS:
* Previous Customer Service Experience is not required, but helpful.
* Bilingual is desirable but not required.
* Looking for a drug / drama free candidate, capable to engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
* A quick learner, motivated, confident with excellent verbal communication skills.
* Own transportation with flexible work schedule.
* Job occasionally requires package lifting up to 40 lbs.
* Must be able to pass a criminal background check to be licensed as Notary Public &; Fingerprinting Certification.

ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION / COMMISSION INCOME:
- Candidate with existing license as Notary Public and/or Fingerprint Certifications. If not already licensed, will be trained to obtain such licenses.
- HIGHER COMPENSATION for applicants with already similar shipping and packaging business (such as UPS, FedEx, independent stores).

WHAT DOES THE JOB ENTAILS?
Job entails Shipping, Packaging, Printing, Copying, E-mailing and Scanning documents, sorting mail, Notary and Fingerprinting.
Training on the job will be provided to perfect our POS system for mailing / shipping options. We will help you succeed in the retail customer service and further advancement into supervisory / management position an excellent growth for individuals looking for a career!

COMPENSATION
Starting at $18 / hour compensation +
GENEROUS COMMISSION for licensed Notary and Fingerprinting.
Compensation for Medical Insurance after 3 months employment.
Paid vacation starts accumulating after 3 months employment.
