About our Client: This client specializes in Ultrasound Algae Remediation Equipment and Water Management, this is a 100% on site position located in their Johnson City, TN offices and manufacturing facility.

Training will be provided and support from a technical expert for additional assistance will be provided.
Job Description: This role will focus on helping customers troubleshoot and resolve electrical and technical issues efficiently for customers.
In this role, you will help over the phone, through email, and via online chat, offering clear instructions and solutions to customers facing basic electrical and technical problems. Strong computer skills and a desire to help people are key to succeeding in this position. A basic interest and understanding of electrical and technical concepts and prior customer service experience are helpful.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with troubleshooting basic electrical issues, such as device malfunctions or wiring problems.
- Use computer systems to log customer issues, track progress, and provide timely follow-up.
- Provide guidance on product installation, setup, and general maintenance.
- Answer general inquiries about products and services, offering accurate information to customers.
- Use knowledge of basic electrical systems and technical troubleshooting to resolve common problems.
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues when needed.
- Maintain excellent communication with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve problems efficiently.
- Ensure good follow-up with customers and management.
Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of electrical systems, including common troubleshooting practices.
- Strong computer literacy, with experience using customer support software, databases, and ticketing systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently to resolve customer issues.
- Previous experience in customer support or technical support is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to stay calm and professional when handling frustrated or upset customers.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; technical certifications or coursework related to electrical systems is a plus.
- Google docs experience is a plus.
