WHAT YOU'LL DO:
*Customer Engagement: Be the friendly face and voice of our company, handling inquiries and providing outstanding service.
*Problem-Solving: Tackle challenges head-on, resolving customer issues with creativity and efficiency.
*Coordination: Manage customer service operations, including scheduling, follow-ups, and ensuring seamless communication.
*Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operations.
*Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve our services.
YOU ARE ALREADY GREAT AT THIS:
*Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field preferred.
*Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role. Experience in a coordinator or supervisory position is a plus.
*Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Proficiency in customer service software and tools.
*Attributes: Empathetic, proactive, and a team player. Ability to handle stressful situations with a positive attitude.
