Customer Care Manager

What You'll Do:

• Lead, mentor, and support a Customer Care teamempowering them to perform at their best through training, clear direction, and ongoing performance feedback.

• Own the customer experience: oversee onboarding of new clients, finalize contracts, and resolve service issues with a solution-oriented approach.

• Ensure smooth coordination with warehouse and logistics teams to support timely and accurate shipments and deliveries.

• Maintain accurate documentation including contracts, invoices, and delivery records, and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Continuously seek ways to improve office efficiency through better tools, workflows, and teamwork.

What You Bring:

• Strong leadership and communication skillsyou know how to motivate teams and build positive relationships across departments.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office systems.
