What Youll Do:

Make outbound calls to potential customers (no closing, just booking)

Use scripts and training to qualify leads and set appointments

Accurately enter customer information and follow up as needed

Represent our company with professionalism and positivity

What Were Looking For:

Call center or cold calling experience (solar or home improvement industry is a HUGE plus!)

Excellent verbal communication and people skills

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and reliable

Comfortable using CRM and dialing systems

Available to work full-time or part-time during business hours
