Customer Support Specialist Our client is seeking a Customer Support Specialist who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and building meaningful relationships with families and community members. This role is ideal for a compassionate, self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced remote environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can confidently navigate sensitive conversations while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy. This role is a hybrid model in Boise, Idaho. Scheduled shifts may fall anywhere within extended business hours of 6 AM-7 PM Pacific Time to support customer coverage needs. Customer Support Specialist Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer support through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels while resolving inquiries with empathy and professionalism. Manage customer concerns related to services, billing, account support, and general questions, striving for first-contact resolution whenever possible. Accurately document interactions, track cases, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution. Use critical thinking, active listening, and de-escalation techniques to support customers through complex or emotional situations. Meet productivity, quality, attendance, and customer experience goals while contributing ideas to improve processes and service delivery. Customer Support Specialist Qualifications 2+ years of customer service experience supporting customers via phone, email, or other service channels. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build trust and provide outstanding customer experiences. Proven ability to remain organized, prioritize tasks, and perform effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously. Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment with reliable internet access and a dedicated workspace.
