- Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Manage front desk operations by greeting visitors and answering phone calls professionally.
- Utilize Glass Pac for basic quotes, accounting tasks and financial record keeping.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems to ensure easy access to information.
- Support the lead receptionist with costumer interactions and administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance efficiency.
- Handle correspondence and prepare reports as required.
