JBD Concepts, the official West Coast distributor of the Jay Scotts Collection, is seeking a qualified and motivated customer service representative to join our fast-paced and detail-driven team. We specialize in distributing luxury fiberglass planters to designers, architects, and green industry professionals across the country.
This position is ideal for a quick-thinking, highly organized individual with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Position Details:
Location: Henderson, NV
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Overtime may be available but is not required.
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist customers with product selection, order status, and technical details.
* Interpret and recall SKU numbers, product dimensions, color codes, and availability across a wide catalog.
* Communicate professionally via phone and email with clients, vendors, and internal departments.
* Process and review orders, track shipments, and follow up on service requests.
* Resolve product issues with a customer-first mindset and clear documentation.
* Manage order entry and updates in CRM and internal systems with accuracy.
**Qualifications:**
*Must have at least 5 years of experience
* Valid drivers license (occasional warehouse or showroom errands may be required)
* Excellent memory retention for product specifications (e.g., SKU 69050.36 = 36"L x 16"W x 42"H Perth Rectangle)
* Strong multitasking ability and composure under pressure
* Tech-savvy with familiarity in basic CRM or order management software
* Prior logistics, or sales support experience preferred
* Interest in design, interiors, or horticulture a plus
**Bilingual preferred
