Front Desk / Customer Service Position

Job Description
Must be bilingual ( English & Spanish )
1. Invoicing customers for delivery orders.
2. Verify the orders.
3. Schedule delivery routes based on actual deliveries, e.g East/West.
4. Apply Payments/verify payments applied
5. Arrange and manage daily paperwork in proper filings.
6. Keep the month-to-month paperwork separate.
7. Communicate with drivers during their routes if any questions.
8. Fluent in both English and Spanish communication.
9. Able to make and receive phone calls with customers.
10. Good at following up with customers daily with reference to their orders.
11. Responsible for handling assigned customers.
