Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives for two temp-to-hire opportunities in Schenectady, NY. This onsite role supports print and promotional product operations and is ideal for customer-focused professionals who enjoy managing account details, coordinating orders, solving problems, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries by phone and email, providing professional and timely support.
- Assist customers with order questions, pricing, timelines, delivery updates, and general account needs.
- Coordinate print and promotional product orders from entry through production and delivery.
- Communicate accurate job details to internal production teams and monitor order progress.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently, escalate issues when needed, and help ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer records, document interactions, and support long-term client relationships.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $20 to $25 per hour.
- Job type: Contract/temporary, temp-to-hire.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Location: Schenectady, NY 12302.
- Work arrangement: Onsite only.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Manage customer accounts and support customer needs from order placement through delivery.
- Coordinate print and promotional product jobs with production teams.
- Track order status, communicate updates, and resolve service or production-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records and provide consultative customer support.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in customer service, sales support, account coordination, or a customer-facing professional role.
- Prior experience in a consultative customer service environment with the ability to work independently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organization, multitasking ability, and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using CRM tools, computer systems, Microsoft Excel, and standard office technology.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers, internal teams, and production staff.
- Professional, positive, and reliable approach to daily responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing, print production, promotional products, or a production-focused business environment.
- Background in sales support, customer account management, order coordination, or client services.
- Experience supporting business-to-business customers.
- Ability to understand production timelines, job specifications, and delivery requirements.
