Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Area Customer Service Coordinator for a full-time opportunity in Jacksonville, FL. This role supports multiple client locations across the local area, providing essential mailroom, print, scan, document management, and office support services in professional environments that may include university, corporate, legal, and healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer service and operational support across multiple Jacksonville-area client locations.
- Support mailroom, print, scan, document production, file management, and general office service functions.
- Respond to printer-related service needs, including toner delivery, installation, basic troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Travel locally between assigned sites to provide backup coverage, maintain service continuity, and support changing business needs.
- Complete service requests accurately while following established procedures for quality, productivity, and client satisfaction.
- Track expenses, maintain accurate documentation, and communicate service updates in a timely and professional manner.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour.
- Job Type: Contract/Temporary.
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday.
- Schedule flexibility is required.
- Location: Jacksonville, FL, with support across multiple local locations.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Support customer service, mailroom, print, scan, and office service operations across multiple client locations.
- Assist with production printing, document management, printer support, toner delivery, and issue resolution.
- Travel between local sites as needed to provide backup coverage and operational support.
- Maintain accurate documentation, expense reporting, and adherence to service procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 12 months of related experience in customer service, print services, mailroom, office support, or a similar service environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel between locations required.
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office, file management, and general office technology.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, organization, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and support a fast-paced service environment.
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented approach to client support.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with production print equipment, document scanning, or managed print services.
- Experience supporting professional client environments such as higher education, corporate offices, legal offices, or healthcare facilities.
- Basic troubleshooting experience with printers, copiers, scanners, or office equipment.
