- Precision Order Management: Efficiently process a high volume of confidential, sensitive incoming medical device and pharmaceutical orders across multiple data systems with unwavering accuracy.
- Collaborative Problem Solving: Proactively research data discrepancies and follow up on existing orders using empathetic, professional communication via inbound/outbound phone calls, emails, and live chat.
- Team-First Mentality: Partner with a supportive team of 30–40 colleagues to absorb workflow overflow during downtime, and step in rotationally to provide welcoming customer care at our front service desk.
- Strategic Support: Assist the leadership team with diverse ad-hoc projects, giving you excellent exposure to systemic operations and career development pathways.
- Must-Haves: Proven experience navigating high-volume data entry or order processing systems; exceptional attention to detail; demonstrated compliance-minded focus on maintaining data confidentiality.
