un Customer Service (Mentor) NATURAL SOAP LAB image 1 of 3 compensation: $15-$18/Hr employment type: experience level: entry level job title: Assistant Store Manager Join the creative world of soap making at our growing Mentor store location where we are seeking a creative and very detailed person. You would be responsible to open and close the store, greet and assist customers, label products, maintain the floor displays, mix and pour skincare products made in our lab; fulfill online orders, receive incoming supplies, organize and maintain inventory and more importantly offer professional and enthusiastic customer service to our customers at all times. Creative background a plus! The candidate we are seeking must take great pride in your appearance, non-smoker, outgoing and self-starter. Must be able to take direction and work well alone and with other employees. Available schedule Monday and Tuesday 10:30 til 6 pm; Wednesday 10:30 til 3, Thursday OFF; Friday 10:30 til 4:30; Saturday 11-5. Off on Sundays. Candidate MUST be flexible with hours-Holiday hours increase. Get Paid weekly. Candidate MUST provide 2 personal references (non-family members), 2 professional references.
