The Partners Group currently has a unique opportunity for a detail-driven client services and operations-support professional to join our team in Portland, OR as a Client Service Coordinator. This position is with our Group Physician Advisory Services (GPAS) division, a highly specialized consulting team focused exclusively on ancillary group benefits within the physician employer space.
How you will make an impact at TPG
As a Client Service Coordinator, you'll help bring structure, consistency, and clarity to how work gets done across our GPAS Client Services team. Byanizing workflows, maintaining documentation, and supporting key systems, you'll enable the team to deliver a seamless and reliable experience to both clients and internal partners. Your coordination during client implementations andplex scheduling needs will directly support timely execution and strong client relationships. Over time, your work will help scale operational efficiency as GPAS continues to evolve its processes and tools.

A typical day in this role
Maintain and improve internal workflows, documentation, and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency across the team
Organize and manage Point content, including folder structure, naming conventions, and document quality
Support Salesforce-related efforts such as documenting workflows, assisting with testing, and guiding users
Coordinateplex client scheduling needs, managing calendars andmunication across multiple stakeholders
Assist with new client implementations byanizing data, tracking setup steps, and supporting internal coordination
Prepare and format presentation materials, templates, and visual assets while ensuring consistency with team standards
Key details
Location: Portland, Oregon; in-office with hybrid remote opportunities
Hours: 40 hours/week, Mon-Fri
Compensation: $60,000-65,000 annually (DOE); salaried non-exempt ($28.85-31.25/hour)
Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for long periods of time, ability tomunicate verbally and in writing, and ability to handle long periods of screen time.
Travel: Minimal, if any
Requirements
What you'll bring to the table
2+ years of experience in client services, project coordination, or a related support role
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with stronganization, attention to detail, and follow-through
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel), Canva, and AI tools
Strong verbal and writtenmunication skills, with the ability to clearly present information
Experience working with CRM or collaboration platforms such as Salesforce and Point
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience preferred
