All In One Appliances is a family-owned appliance store in Sacramento, California, proudly serving our community for 25 years. We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Front Desk Receptionist / Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities
*Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
*Answer customer inquiries and provide outstanding customer service
*Schedule appointments and coordinate service requests
*Perform general office and administrative duties
*Process payments and maintain customer records
*Support daily store operations
*Create and manage basic online advertisements on Craigslist, OfferUp, and Facebook Marketplace
*Upload appliance inventory, photos, and descriptions to the company website
*Assist with basic social media and online marketing tasks
Qualifications:
*Strong communication and customer service skills
*Basic computer skills and familiarity with online platforms
*Ability to multitask and stay organized
*Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
*Previous receptionist or customer service experience is a plus
*Experience with online marketplaces or social media is helpful but not required
*Bilingual in English and Spanish is Required
