Customer Service Representative

Position Type: Full-Time Temporary (with potential for permanent hire)

Pay Rate: Up to $21/hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and patients.
  • Manage a high volume of appointment scheduling and calendar coordination.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively via phone, email, and in person.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-up on customer inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience scheduling a high volume of appointments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Healthcare or medical office experience is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency with scheduling software and standard office applications is a plus.
