Customer Service Representative
Position Type: Full-Time Temporary (with potential for permanent hire)
Pay Rate: Up to $21/hour, depending on experience
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and patients.
- Manage a high volume of appointment scheduling and calendar coordination.
- Communicate professionally and effectively via phone, email, and in person.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-up on customer inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Experience scheduling a high volume of appointments in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Healthcare or medical office experience is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with scheduling software and standard office applications is a plus.
