Worker Bees, Inc. is looking to hire a Customer Service Rep with Logistics/Warehouse experience
Responsibilities:
Order Fulfillment and Processing
Receive, review, and process B2B purchase orders accurately and coordinate with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and freight carriers for shipment of orders
Coordinate with sales & warehouse teams to fulfill orders on time.
Process orders to distributors, wholesalers and direct-to-consumer.
Account Management
Act as a point of contact for B2B clients regarding order status, lead times, and delivery schedules.
Resolve order-related issues such as delays, product shortages, or damaged shipments.
Import Logistics
Coordinate and manage inbound ocean freight shipments from overseas manufacturers, including import documentation and customs clearance
Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping carriers to negotiate rates, resolve issues, and ensure service standards are met
Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists to ensure accuracy and completeness
Required Skillset
Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, order processing, inventory management, or supply chain operations
Knowledge of shipping regulations, freight forwarding, and customs procedures
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingual in English and Spanish or English and Mandarin
