Overview:

Most companies are one OSHA inspection away from serious problems. They just dont realize it yet. Raincoat Claims Consulting helps businesses navigate OSHA citations and reduce workers compensation costs.

We are hiring for a fully remote Customer Service / Outreach role. You will be the first point of contact, helping start conversations with businesses and identifying their needs.

What Youll Do:

- Reach out to businesses by phone or email (no cold-calling, these are all established leads)

- Have simple conversations and gather basic information

- Answer general questions and coordinate follow ups

- Keep notes organized and up to date

- Comfortable talking to people

- Organized and reliable

- Self motivated and able to work remotely

No industry experience required

Compensation:

- $28 per hour plus commission opportunities

- Additional earning potential based on performance
