What Youll Be Doing
Be the Face of the Shop: Greet our customers with a smile and a helpful attitude.
Expert Intake: Identify different garment types and fabrics for cleaning.
Stay Organized: Tag items and input order details into our easy-to-use POS system.
The Hand-Off: Ensure customers leave happy when they pick up their fresh, clean clothes.
What Youll Need to Succeed & What Were Looking For

Professionalism: Candidates must be non-smokers to maintain the integrity and freshness of our customers' garments.
Sharp Attention to Detail: Youll need the ability to spot stains, missing buttons, or specific fabric types (silk, wool, linen) during check-in.
Physical Stamina: Comfort being on your feet and staying active throughout your shift.
Tech-Savvy & Accurate: Experience with cash handling and the ability to quickly learn our computer-based POS system.
The "Juggler" Mindset: Ability to multi-taskhandling a phone call while keeping the front counter organized and moving.
Grace Under Pressure: A calm, friendly demeanor when things get busy or when a customer has a special request.
