Immediate opening for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Medford, NY.

Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM
Pay: $17.00/hour, $19.00/hour after 4 months

Responsibilities:

Answer customer calls and assist clients in English and Spanish
Respond to inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Enter and update information in company systems
Perform general office and administrative duties

Requirements:

Fluent in English and Spanish
Strong communication and computer skills
2+ years Customer service experience
