Client Services Representative

We are looking for -

• A p art -time Client Service Representative to join our West Mountain family .

• S omeone who is h ardworking, friendly, detail orientated, skilled multi-tasker, client focused, and reliable .

• Someone who can work evenings and weekends (Saturday mornings only).

Hourly wages are based on experience and range between $14 and $18 .

Job Duties:

1. Answer Phones schedule appointments and surgeries, take messages, resolve client issues .

2. Greet clients and make them feel welcome.

3. Cash out clients .

4. Organize appointments

5. and much more

Other must haves:

1. A positive , upbeat attitude is a must .

1. The ability to work well with others

1. Excellent computer skills.
