Responsibilities

Answer incoming customer calls
Schedule service appointments
Assist customers with questions and service needs
Work inside our easy-to-use CRM system
Provide friendly and professional customer support
Work with the team to help keep operations running smoothly

Requirements

Friendly personality and strong people skills
Comfortable working on a computer
Good communication and organization skills
Team player with a positive attitude
Customer service experience is a plus (but we will train the right person)
