Customer Service Administrator

Are you tech-savvy, highly detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? We are looking for an adaptable Office Representative to join our close-knit team of seven. This is not your typical rigid, corporate desk job. We operate a multi-divisional heating oil and service business where the days fly by, priorities shift with the weather, and everyone rolls up their sleeves to help one another.

salary: $24 - $26 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Manage High-Volume Calls: Handle up to 50 calls on peak days, routing inquiries between oil delivery and equipment service divisions.
• Navigate Proprietary Software: Utilize our specialized oil industry software. It has a steep learning curve with multiple windows and steps, requiring heavy tech comfort and accuracy.
• Account Research & Billing: Take payments, review billing histories, check account balances, and meticulously click through account histories to ensure accurate data before scheduling.
