Customer Service Representative

Join our dedicated team at CHC Facilities as a Customer Service Representative for the Chiropractic department, where your friendly demeanor and organizational skills will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient service. This position offers an opportunity to be the welcoming face of our healthcare organization, ensuring smooth daily operations and positive patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet patients and visitors in a professional, friendly, and hospitable manner

- Respond to patient inquiries and requests promptly and courteously

- Perform clerical duties related to the day-to-day operations of the front office

- Update and organize patient information in charts accurately and efficiently

- Answer multiline telephones in a professional manner, directing calls as appropriate

- Assist with appointment scheduling and maintenance tasks using EPM or similar scheduling systems

- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to promote a welcoming environment

- Collaborate with staff and healthcare providers to ensure seamless communication and service delivery

Skills and Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Prior experience in a healthcare or customer service setting preferred

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems and appointment scheduling software

- Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in a fast-paced environment

- Friendly, approachable demeanor with a focus on patient satisfaction

- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
