The Direct Path to Permanent & Premium Pay:

What We Are Looking For:
  • Call Center Foundation: 1 years of experience in phone support, call centers, or hospitality queues. You handle volume effortlessly without sacrificing quality.

  • Luxury Standards: A polished, articulate phone presence with an understanding of high-end, white-glove customer care.

  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating multi-screen setups and complex scheduling software. Schedules available: 11:00am - 8:00pm with Sat / Sun Off 7:00am - 4pm with Sat / Sun Off 8:00am - 5:00pm with Fri / Sat Off 8:00am - 5:00pm with Mon / Sun Off 10:00am - 7:00pm, 8:00 - 17:00 Sat. with Mon / Sun Off

Responsibilities

  • Act as the elite brand ambassador for VIPs, high-net-worth individuals, and corporate executives. You aren't just taking calls, you are their personal gateway to booking high-octane track thrills and unforgettable vehicle delivery experiences.
  • You will engage in sophisticated, high-level conversations via phone and email to tailor-make and customize premium, adrenaline-fueled adventures for your clients.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage elite client profiles, lock in high-stakes schedules, and ensure every detail of their experience is executed with flawless precision.
