Job Description
Insight Global is seeking two Customer Service Representatives to join a client's team in Henrico. Key responsibilities include:
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints related to utility billing and municipal services
Explain billing charges, rate schedules, and account details clearly to customers
Review and research account records to determine appropriate resolutions
Process billing adjustments, refunds, and account corrections
Initiate and manage service orders (turn-on, turn-off, new service)
Handle payment issues including returned checks and rejected payments
Maintain accurate records and prepare routine reports/forms
Coordinate with other departments and assist with administrative tasks (mail handling, invoice verification)
Hourly Pay Rate 17hr
