Bilingual Customer Service/Order Entry Representative
LHH Recruitment is partnering with a manufacturing company in the West Valley of Phoenix who is in search of a contract Bilingual Customer Service/Order Entry Rep to join their team. This role is contract for right now, supporting a leave(expected to last 3-4 months), but there is potential to be kept on longer. This is fully onsite, Monday-Friday and is paying up to $22/hr.
Responsibilities
- Accurately enter customer orders into the company system
- Review orders for completeness and resolve discrepancies as needed
- Provide excellent customer service via phone and email in both English and Spanish
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, product availability, pricing, and delivery status
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Maintain customer records and update account information as needed
- Process order changes, cancellations, and returns
- Track and follow up on open orders to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist with administrative and data entry tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
- Previous experience in order entry, customer service, administrative support, or a related role
- Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls and emails
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and ability to work fully onsite Monday through Friday

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
