Ideally I'm looking for a licensed real estate agent who has office experience, answering phones, and good CUSTOMER SERVICE - to me that means someone who is good on the phone, is upbeat and happy and has a good tone of voice, someone who strives to HELP with each phone call - . If you are an agent who needs a paycheck during the day and wants to show properties on the weekends, this can be a fit. Or if you are a retired agent seeking to be a part of a busy office -- Bi-lingual is a plus. English & Spanish....
