Summary

Customer Service Representatives, or CSRs, are the faces of our business. CSRs are responsible for providing the best Ablitts experience for customers and coworkers. They build relationships with our customers, and make sure our quality of work is met to their standards. CSRs should be friendly, outgoing, and comfortable making quick decisions.
Beyond helping our customers, this position will be helping the specialty department.
This includes measuring for alterations and taking in wedding gowns for preservations. This is a part time or full time position depending on the qualified person .

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity witty Point of Sales (POS) systems
Previous customer service experience
Familiarity with dry cleaning processes a plus but not necessary
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish a plus
Saturday mandatory
flexible schedule -open or closing shifts

Expectations/Duties

Building customer relationships
Measuring for basic alterations
Taking in Wedding Gowns for cleaning and preservation
Taking in and returning customer orders
Assisting customers with questions and issues
Concierge Service enrollment
Customer order assembling
Managing order inventory
Answer customer calls
Dealing with customer complaints
Contacting customers
Button sewing
Dusting, sweeping, cleaning front, maintaining rails, etc

Compensation:
Hourly starting at $18/hour

Employee Dry Cleaning rates

Employment Type: Part-time with the possibility of transitioning to full-time.
