We are seeking motivated Call Center Agents to serve as the first point of contact for our customers. In this role, you will deliver clear communication, guidance, and support during each interaction. Agents will conduct high-volume outbound calls while following established scripts or call flows to ensure accuracy, consistency, and a positive customer experience.

|Key Responsibilities|
Make high-volume outbound calls to customers.
Accurately document call outcomes (no answer, voicemail, successful contact, appointment scheduled, etc.).
Enter detailed and accurate notes into the CRM or internal systems after each call.
Follow approved scripts and procedures to maintain compliance and quality.
Safeguard customer information and maintain strict confidentiality.

|Qualifications & Skills|
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone for extended periods.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Receptive to feedback and coaching with a willingness to improve.
Friendly, outgoing, and energetic personality.

|Position Details|
Hourly position starting at $17+ per hour
Monday through Friday schedule
Part-time and full-time opportunities available
