Field Hand/Office Customer Service Rep

Now Hiring: Field/Office Assistant
to Grow & Sell Beautiful Flowers to Wonderful Customers

* Duties:

- Provide exceptional customer service in the outside in the field
- General nursery duties
- - Pick & pack customer orders, help customers load plants
- - Planting, separating, sticking, weeding, cleaning, flat filling
- Basic office duties
- - Take orders, answer phones, process payments
- - Assist with filing and inventory entries
- - Excel and PowerPoint very helpful but not required

* Skills:

- Fluent verbal & written English, verbal Spanish required (Bilingual)
- Average computer capabilities
- Ability to enter orders on a phone, tablet, and computer
- Able to work outside in all weather conditions as well as fill in seamlessly in the office

* Hours:

- Starts immediately
- Permanent, full-time position
- 7:30 to 4:00 M-F, every other half Saturday

* Pay:

- $15 to $25/hour depending on experience
- Paid vacation, 401k matching, raise after 90 days
