Busy Insurance Office Seeking Customer Service Rep

Local insurance office looking for a customer service representative.

Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed

Support policy holders by responding to inquiries regarding insurance
availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions
and billing clarification

Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.

Experience is preferred or will train the right candidate.

Perform other related duties as assigned or required
