Description:

Job Title: Customer Account Specialist

Pay Rate: $18/hour-$23/hour, based on experience

Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week, 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday

Length: Temporary to Hire

Location: Green Bay, WI (on-site)

Requirements:

Customer Service experience

Must have familiarity with manufacturing environments, preferably forging, machining, metal fabrication or related field

Proficiency with ERP systems (such as NetSuite), basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Excellent communication and active listening skills

Problem solving skills with a proactive approach

Strong organizational, manage multiple tasks, orders, and prioritize

Responsibilities:

You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, managing day-to-day communications and building strong, trust-based relationships.

Process and track customer orders from entry through delivery, ensuring accuracy in specifications, pricing, and timelines

Utilize customer EDI portals for order entry, shipping confirmation, and account updates

Coordinate with teams to align manufacturing schedules with customer requirements

Monitor order progress, communicate updates to customers

Manage change orders, resolve issues, and respond to customer inquiries

Interact with customers via phone, email, online chat, or in person to provide product and service support
