We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support daily operations by assisting customers with product information, delivery updates, order status inquiries, and issue resolution. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively with a team.
Job Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers regarding products, deliveries, and order status updates
Answer customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
Proactively resolve escalated customer issues and concerns
Process, expedite, and follow up on customer requests
Maintain effective communication with customers both in person and over the phone
Demonstrate strong listening, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Assist with special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned by management
Maintain organized records and ensure timely follow-up on customer matters
Job Requirements:
Preferred bilingual - English AND Spanish
Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Must be able to pass a background check
E-Verify required
Must be able to pass a drug test
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Professional attitude and strong problem-solving abilities
