Shift of the Customer Service Coordinator: M-F 7:00am-4:00pm Pay Rate/Salary of the Customer Service Coordinator: $26/hr Responsibilities of the Customer Service Coordinator: Serve as a primary point of contact for incoming service calls, requests, and service-related inquiries. Assist with coordinating and scheduling work for field service technicians, supporting efficient routing and customer communication. Confirm scheduling details with customers and provide status updates as needed. Open, update, and close work orders and invoices accurately and in a timely manner. Order parts required for field service and shop repairs. Qualifications of the Customer Service Coordinator: High school diploma or GED required; college or technical coursework preferred. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
