Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00 am-5:00 pm

Pay Rate: $21.50 an hour

Job Summary:

Serves as primary point of contact for small volume customers and writes quotes for requested projects.

Works independently to follow-up with clients about quotes issued and maintain status in DCRM.

Works closely with Project Manager to ensure quotes accurately reflect client needs and are priced to be profitable andpetitive.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Monitors DCRM for inbound leads, responds to inbound leads within 4 business hours

Writes quotes for project requests from clients

Routinely follows-up with clients about quotes issued and keeps DCRM up-to-date for owned activities

Required Skills/Abilities:

Excellent verbal and writtenmunication skills.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Excellentanizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Good fundamentals and ability to learn quickly

Education and Experience:

B.S. in Chemistry or a related field

Experience in a customer facing role

Physical Requirements:

Lifting up to 30 pounds on occasion

Sitting and/or standing for long periods of time

Walking throughout the day

Ability to read and write

Pay Details: $21.50 per hour
