We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support our JSI team in Payson, Utah or Bangor Maine.
JOB SUMMARY: Develops and maintains good customer relations by providing and assuring high performance customer service. Coordinates sales orders with manufacturing schedules.
DUTIES:
- Directly involved with all customer concerns and assists and is responsible for resolving noted issues
- Receive customer orders by either fax or telephone
- Advise customers about order scheduling and delivery dates
- Coordinate customer orders with the manufacturing division's production capabilities
- Other duties that may be assigned on an as-required basis

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Preferably a two-year degree in Accounting, Business Administration or commensurate work experience
- Ability to manage multi tasks in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work with the highest degree of accuracy
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact with management, production employees and customers
- Capable of learning new skills as needed
- Must be detail oriented
JOB RELATIONSHIPS:
- Reports directly to the Manager of Customer Success.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Sedentary: Exerting up to 10 lbs. occasionally, sitting most of the time, and only brief periods of standing and walking.
Requires minimal travel for training or customer store visits as needed.
