We will be hiring for onsite Healthcare Call Center Representatives at our client in Duluth! These positions are 100% remote roles but must be local to Duluth as onsite equipment pickup and/or internet issues will be required for onsite work. Must have reliable internet (proof is required) and dedidcated, remote workspace. Must have minimum 2 years of Customer Service experience or previous Call Center experience; Healthcare preferred. Must have open availability for training and post-training schedules: Monday-Friday, 7AM-9:30PM; Saturday and Sunday 7AM-9:00PM. No time off permitted during training period. Successfully completes 12 week training period. Accurately documents member information. Able to learn and obtain appropriate healthcare information.
