We are seeking a motivated and dependable individual to join our team in a customer service and office support role. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, team-oriented, and comfortable communicating with customers across multiple channels. Responsibilities Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat Provide accurate and knowledgeable information regarding products, pricing, and availability Collaborate with internal departments to support customer needs Perform data entry across multiple platforms Process and enter customer orders Maintain filing and general office organization Assist with additional office or departmental tasks as needed Adapt to changing priorities and support the team where needed Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn Comfortable multitasking and taking direction Spanish fluency is a plus Compensation & Schedule Pay: $20-$22/hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM No overtime required If you're someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in being dependable, and is willing to jump in wherever needed, we'd love to hear from you.
